Terms of Service:

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.
(I apologise that it is a longer read, but I just need to touch all bases with it, thank you.)PAYMENT IS MADE VIA PAYPAL.
● I will send you an invoice to the PayPal email that you provide me upon first messaging and both of us accepting your order. (The invoice will have no due date, and you are free to pay it whenever you are able to.)
● However, the final artwork will not be shown to you until full payment has been received. (This is just to avoid people scamming me out of a free artwork and running with it.)
● Please discuss payment plans with me in your inital request if you are unable to make a full payment in one go, or prefer to pay in portions.
● I prefer to not take tips, I apologise. I come from Australia where this is not common practice, and I tend to feel guilty taking additional money from people.THE FIRST W.I.P WILL BE SENT UPON COMPLETING THE CLEAN SKETCH.
● This is to check in with you to make sure you are happy with the artwork so far, and/or want any changes made to it.
● You are more than welcome to ask me how progress is going at any point, and ask for additional W.I.P.s, I totally don't mind at all.MY ARTWORK IS ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL WORK.
● At the current time of writing these terms of service, I only require the initial payment of the artwork, not any percentage of profits you may gain from selling any merchandise with my artwork.
● Please specify in your initial request of your intent to use my work work for commercial use/products, so that we can work out details from there.COMMERCIAL USE DOES NOT INCLUDE N.F.T.'s.
● I do not allow my work to be used for N.F.T.'s (Non Fungible Tokens), nor any other Crypto-based projects or WEB3 projects, under any circumstance.
● If I find out you have commissioned me for this and purposefully hid your intention of doing so, you will be permanently banned from commissioning art from me in the future.
● If anyone else finds that my art has been minted into N.F.T.'s, I would seriously appreciate a message letting me know so I can report it.COMMERCIAL USE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE USAGE OF AI TOOLS.
● I do not allow my work to be entered and used for AI databases of any kind, under any circumstance.
● If I find out you have commissioned me for this and purposefully hid your intention of doing so, you will be permanently banned from commissioning art from me in the future.
● If anyone else finds that my art has been logged into any databases, I would seriously appreciate a message letting me know. (I am aware a lot of my old art prior to 2022 that was uploaded on my DeviantART page has unfortunately been another victim of that site's AI database set that they added without inital permission. Thems the breaks I guess, haha.)PLEASE DO NOT TRACE MY ARTWORK, NOR CLAIM YOURSELF AS THE ARTIST CREDIT.
● Doing so means you will be permanently banned from commissioning art from me in the future.I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO UPLOAD YOUR FINISHED COMMISSION TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITES IF I WISH TO.
● You are also more than free to also upload the image your social media websites - e.g. Toyhouse, Twitter, DeviantART, et cetera - with credit back to me, even if it is a simple mention in the description.YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND IF I HAVE NOT COMPLETED YOUR COMMISSION AFTER 3 MONTHS OF NOT SEEING ANY PROGRESS BEING MADE.
● If I am in a spot where I encounter a real life emergency/situation that causes me to not be able to work on your commission for some time, I will message you immediately. We can decide if you would like to wait it out with me or get a refund.

How long does it take to have my commission done?

It all very much depends on the type ordered honestly. As a general term, no one piece will take more than 4 weeks to be finished.
